AB 1845: Requires college campuses to include human trafficking prevention training and reporting protocols within the Title IX framework.

AB 1946: Fights the scourge of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on social media platforms by allowing anyone to report CSAM, reducing the timeline platforms have to remove CSAM, and providing robust enforcement authority to public prosecutors.

AB 2646: Farmworkers do the back breaking work that feeds America, but often struggle to feed their own families. AB 2646 restores a wage floor of $19.75 per hour under California law.

AB 1544: Last year, lawyers, advocates and journalists were shutout of an immigration court building in Sacramento. AB 1544 ensures that California never backslides on our commitment to open access and creates enforcement authority under the Tom Bane Civil Rights Act.

AB 2598: Responds to tragic and unacceptable circumstances where patients in Sacramento area hospitals died, but rather than notifying family members their bodies were being stored in morgues sometimes for over a year, while loved ones searched for a missing relative. AB 2598 requires hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to notify families of the death of a loved one and provides enforcement authority to the State Health Department.

AB 1551:  Expands the California Rice Commission’s mission to include the protection of vital wildlife habitat.

AB 1927: Cracks down on fraudulent bail solicitations, including AI robocalls, that target family members of those who have been arrested.
